Cove Youth Hawykeyes  Practices

Begin 6:00 pm until 7:30 pm December 3, 2009.   Typically 6 to 7:30 p.m. Facility is open for practice 4 nights/wk. Frequency of practice is flexible with attendance determined by the wrestler's parents.  Coach recommends 2 nights/week for wrestlers with prior experience, 3 nights/week for first year wrestlers Monday thru Thursday.

Come ready to practice in shorts and t-shirt or singlet.  Wrestling shoes preferred, CLEAN tennis shoes OK (bring a pair to change into for practice that have not been walked in)

Please note:

*At or before orientation, all three of the following must be complete in order to participate in wrestling practice:

1) a sports physical form signed by a physician after

March 1, 2009,

2) a completed registration form

3) paid registration fees
